Nivagen Pharmaceuticals has launched a new state-of-the-art Research & Development lab in Davis, CA. With over 9000 square feet of lab space, it includes:

  • 6 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems with 4UV detectors, 2 Photo Diode Array detectors and one CAD detector

  • Gas Chromatography with FID Detector and Head Space Analyzer

  • Empower software to control LC and GC instruments 21 part CFR 11 compliant

  • Karl Fischer Moisture Analyzer

  • USP Dissolution Apparatus

  • Bench Top Lyophilizer

  • Malvern Particle Size Analyzer

  • Homogenizer

  • Stability Chambers

With the launch of our new Research and Development lab in Davis, CA, Nivagen has the capabilities to offer formulation development of injectable and ophthalmic products: liquids, lyophilized products, suspensions, and emulsions for Generics and 505(b)(2)s; Reverse engineering and determination of Q1 and Q2; And to develop and validate stability-indicating analytical methods for:
